"I knew it contained the still animate body parts from decades of poorly run Authority Internment Facilities—landfillers, the public called them. They still dumped there. There were numerous actions in the court calling for incineration; but the whole discussion of dead rights was caught up in the same court, and studies into the degree of animation in dismembered dead could not rule out any psychological or spiritual involvement.
